A delicacy that is based on extra virgin olive oil, an antioxidant, and cereal grains, according to Cretan-Mediterranean dietary standards. Long-term scientific research has recently proven the beneficial attributes and high nutritive value of cereal grains. According to Hippocrates, they are necessary in a balanced, low-fat diet.

Ingredients  : wheat flour, 28% seeds mix (sunflower, sesame, poppy, linseed and millet seeds & barley, wheat and oat flakes), wholegrain wheat flour,  refined vegetable fat and oil (palm oil, corn oil and sunflower oil), sugar, 2%  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt Bulking Agents: ammonium bicarbonate, baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, maize starch)

Allergens :  Contain Gluten and sesame and may contain traces of nuts, sulfites and dairy product (lactose)
