Croutons with Kalamata Olive Paste & Whole Grain Rye


The Minoans used to create their breads by combining wholegrain wheat, rye and barley flours. These croutons are based on extra virgin olive oil according to Cretan-Mediterranean dietary standards. They were created by carrying on the tradition of combining wheat, rye and barley grinded in traditional mills to maintain their dietary fiber, which serves as a protective shield to the human body. Double-Baked, not fried croutons, are perfect for soups, salads etc.

Ingredients  - wheat flour, 25%  wholegrain rye flour, vegetable oil (pomace oil),   5% KALAMATA olive paste,  2%  Extra Virgin Olive Oil , salt, yeast, tomato paste, spices

Allergens: Contain Gluten and may contain traces of nuts, sesame, sulfites and dairy product (lactose)
