WholeGrain Croutons with Extra Virgin Olive Oil


The Minoans used to create their breads by combining wholegrain wheat, rye and barley flours. These croutons are based on extra virgin olive oil according to Cretan-Mediterranean dietary standards. They were created by carrying on the tradition of combining wheat, rye and barley grinded in traditional mills to maintain their dietary fiber, which serves as a protective shield to the human body. Double-Baked, not fried croutons, are perfect for soups, salads etc.

Ingredients  : wholegrain barley flour, wholegrain rye flour,  wholegrain wheat flour, wheat flour, vegetable oil (pomace oil),   2%  Extra Virgin Olive Oil , salt, yeast, barley malt

Allergens: Contain Gluten and may contain traces of nuts, sesame, sulfites and dairy product (lactose)
